About Us
The Adult Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery Services Branch oversees the Federal Block Grant funds, which are distributed to the Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) and other providers, to support the delivery of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services statewide.
In addition, the branch manages several specialty programs that focus on key populations, coordinates efforts to build a recovery-oriented system of care across the lifespan, and provides guidance and technical assistance on the implementation of evidence-based practices.
