Below is a list of resources for the Human Rights and Behavior Intervention Committees (HRC/BIC). To access a resource, follow the instructions provided.
- Orientation to Human Rights and Behavior Intervention Committees. The orientation provides an overview of the Human Rights and Behavior Intervention Committees. Committee members will better understand why the committees exist, what they do, and why they are important to the process. Click on the “Orientation” link in the Related Links box to access the orientation. The blank Certificate of Completion and the Confidentiality Agreement that are attachments for the orientation are accessible in the Related Links box under "Orientation Attachments."
- HRC/BIC Contact Information. To access a list of local HRC/BIC contacts, click the "Contacts" link in the Related Links box.
- Submit an HRC/BIC Question. Click on the "Submit an HRC/BIC Question" link in the Related Links box, select "Human Rights Committee (HRC)/Behavior Invervention Committee (BIC)" in the "Question Area" list on the page, and follow the instructions. A DDID staff member will review and answer your question, and the answer will be posted on the "HRC/BIC Questions and Answers" page (see Related Links).
