The Division of Behavioral Health contracts with the 14 regional community mental health centers across Kentucky to provide substance abuse treatment services. The Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant funding that Kentucky receives from the federal government requires that 20 percent of the funding be allocated specifically for women's substance abuse treatment services.
