Target Communities

Under the Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant, after a thorough review of the relevant data statewide regarding consequences of substance use and abuse, and an exhaustive review process to determine the levels of existing resources and community readiness to address the problems, five substances are to be targeted in eight communities.
