Mission

The Kentucky Prevention Network (KPN) promotes collaboration and quality substance abuse prevention efforts, through training, education and networking.

About the Kentucky Prevention Network

Currently, KPN's members represent several organizations across the commonwealth, including the Regional Prevention Centers, Safe and Drug Free Schools, KY-ASAP Boards, Champions Coalitions, the Commonwealth Alliance, Juvenile Justice, the Division of Behavioral Health, and various school systems across Kentucky.

KPN meets quarterly, and the meetings include an afternoon training session on current topics requested by the membership.

Future plans include hosting a conference and setting up mentoring sessions on a regular basis, to strengthen prevention efforts statewide.

KPN is supported by the Division of Behavioral Health.
