About Us

The Data Research Branch is responsible for the Substance Abuse Prevention Program and the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program.

Driving Under the Influence Program

The DUI Program monitors and regulates the statewide network of more than 100 DUI programs that are licensed and certified to provide alcohol and other drug assessments, and education and treatment services to persons convicted of driving under the influence.

Substance Abuse Prevention Program

The Substance Abuse Prevention Program supports a comprehensive array of services targeting prevention of the abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs throughout the commonwealth.
